State of Georgia Selects Lancope for Network Security ATLANTA, Ga., January 28, 2003 - Lancope Inc. today announced that the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA), a state agency that oversees information technology and telecommunications services, has selected the StealthWatch behavior-based Intrusion Detection System (IDS) as a fundamental component of its network security infrastructure. As an important security application for the Georgia Enterprise Portal, StealthWatch will protect against known, unknown, mutated, encrypted and Denial of Service (DoS) network attacks.
